Terms of Service

These terms apply every time you use QRLinkify, whether you are on the free plan or a paid plan. They work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

If you are using QRLinkify on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization, and the word "you" in these terms refers to that organization.

You must be at least 16 years old to use QRLinkify. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including activity by team members you invite to a workspace. Keep your password secure, do not share your login credentials, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

QRLinkify offers a free plan and paid plans. The features and limits of each plan are described on the pricing page and may change over time. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, currency conversion, and applicable taxes such as VAT and GST. By purchasing a paid plan you also agree to Paddle terms where they apply to the transaction.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then moves to the free plan. Refunds are handled case by case in line with applicable law. Contact support if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

QRLinkify is built for legitimate links and QR codes. You agree not to use the service to create, shorten, or distribute links or QR codes that do any of the following:

• Point to malware, phishing pages, or other content designed to deceive or harm visitors
• Promote illegal activity, violence, or the exploitation of minors
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person
• Distribute spam or send unsolicited bulk messages
• Disguise the destination in a way that misleads people about where a link goes
• Circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or other technical restrictions

We may scan destination URLs and disable links or QR codes that we reasonably believe violate these rules or put other users at risk. We may also report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

You keep ownership of the destination URLs, logos, images, and other content you add to QRLinkify. By using the service, you give us a limited license to host, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the service, generating QR codes, and serving redirects.

You are responsible for the content at the destinations you link to and for making sure you have the rights to use any logo or image you upload. Dynamic QR codes continue to redirect as long as your account and the underlying link remain active.

QRLinkify, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership of the service to you. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the service except where that restriction is not permitted by law.

We welcome feedback and suggestions. If you send us ideas for improving QRLinkify, you agree that we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.

We work to keep QRLinkify available and reliable, but we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. We may carry out maintenance, update features, or change how parts of the service work. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

We may set technical limits such as rate limits and storage limits to protect the service and other users. These limits can change as the service evolves.

You can stop using QRLinkify and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if your use creates legal risk for us or other users, or if required by law.

When an account is closed, links and QR codes associated with it may stop working and stored data may be deleted after a reasonable period. Export anything you want to keep before closing your account. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

QRLinkify does not control the destinations that links and QR codes point to. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of third-party websites you reach through the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRLinkify and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify QRLinkify against claims, losses, and reasonable costs that arise from your use of the service, the content you link to, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent the claim results from our own wrongdoing.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or within the product. Your continued use of QRLinkify after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where QRLinkify operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes relating to these terms or the service will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction in that location, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
