Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for paid QRLinkify plans. It applies to the Pro and Business subscriptions you can buy on QRLinkify, and it works alongside our Terms of Service.
In short: because QRLinkify is a digital service you can use immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. Where the problem is on our side, such as a technical fault we cannot fix, a charge for something you never received, or a duplicate or accidental charge, we will make it right.
1. Merchant of record
All payments on QRLinkify are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle handles billing, currency conversion, applicable taxes such as VAT and GST, invoicing, and the processing of any approved refund on our behalf.
When a refund is approved, Paddle returns it to the original payment method you used at checkout. We do not store your full card details at any point.
2. Digital service — general policy
QRLinkify is a digital service. When you upgrade to a paid plan, the higher limits and premium features, including unlimited links, custom domains, extended analytics, and AI QR generation, are unlocked and available to use straight away.
Because access is granted immediately, paid plans are generally non-refundable. Before you pay, you can use the Free plan for as long as you like to evaluate the platform, so you know what you are getting before you upgrade.
3. When you can request a refund
We understand that things can go wrong on our side. We will review, and where appropriate approve, refund requests made within 14 days of the charge in cases such as:
- Technical problems: a paid feature does not work as described and our team is unable to resolve it for you
- Non-delivery: you were charged but your plan did not upgrade and you did not get access to what you paid for
- Duplicate or accidental charges: you were billed more than once, or for a purchase you did not intend to make
Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A refund simply because you changed your mind, forgot to cancel, or did not use a plan that was working correctly may not qualify, except where local law gives you that right.
4. Subscriptions and renewals
QRLinkify Pro and Business are subscriptions. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings or from the link in your Paddle order confirmation email
- Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, then move to the Free plan
- To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before your renewal date
- If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will review your request
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us through the contact page using the email address on your account, or reply directly to your Paddle order confirmation email. Please include your order or receipt number and a short description of the issue so we can help quickly.
We aim to respond to refund requests within two business days.
6. Processing time
Once a refund is approved, Paddle processes it to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.
7. Situations that are not eligible
The following are generally not eligible for a refund, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise:
- Requests made more than 14 days after the charge
- Change of mind, or not using a plan that was working as described
- Renewals where cancellation was not requested before the renewal date, beyond the review described above
- Accounts suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, or a breach of our Terms of Service
8. Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country. Where local law grants you stronger rights, those rights take precedence over this policy.
