ShortLink now supports bulk link shortening via CSV upload. Upload a spreadsheet, get back a results file with all your short links in under a minute.
We've heard it from hundreds of customers: shortening links one by one is a time sink. If you're running a large affiliate programme, migrating a legacy URL structure, or managing a content syndication campaign, you need bulk — and today we're shipping it.
How It Works
- 1Go to Links → Bulk import in your dashboard
- 2Upload a CSV with one URL per row (column A)
- 3Optionally add a custom slug in column B
- 4Optionally add UTM values in columns C-F
- 5Click Process — results download automatically
Limits by Plan
- Free: 50 URLs per upload
- Pro: 5,000 URLs per upload
- Business: Unlimited (rate-limited at 10,000 req/min)
Download the CSV template from the upload screen to make sure your column headers match exactly. Invalid rows are flagged with error messages in the results file.
What's Coming Next
We're working on scheduled bulk imports (point to a Google Sheet URL and auto-refresh daily) and a merge mode for updating existing links from CSV. Expected Q2 2026.
